Cancellation Policy

Please be aware, to maintain quality care and availability to all our clients, Vanish enforces a cancellation policy as follows:  Late cancellations/reschedules (less than 24 hours prior to appointment) or no-shows will incur a fee in the amount of 25% of the service's value.  This fee must be paid prior to the scheduling of another appointment.  Credit cards on file will be automatically charged in the event of a late cancellation/reschedule/no show.
